Why is riding a bike in the city so joyless?

Three friends โ€” one from London, one from Tokyo, one from Seoul โ€” were asking the exact same question from three different streets. Each city had its own texture, its own chaos, its own beauty. And each of them believed the bike beneath them should match that rawness, not fight it.

So in 2012, across three time zones and three languages, they built Constantine. Not a company. A conviction.
